I was inspired to make abstract paintings after seeing a live noisy, colourful and earthy puppet show in Sicily in 2005. Some of my most recent work also incorporates the fantastic looking natural plant life of the country.
The opening painting for this gallery is the first painting I did and is simply called "Sicilian puppets I" 92 X 123 cm (2009)
